These terms cover delivery of digital items and our
replacement policy.
📦 Delivery
- Time: Instant in most cases (5–30 minutes).
- Channel: Delivered automatically to your chosen method at checkout.
⏰ Validity
Important: Digital items are valid
for 6 months from delivery and are
not stackable.

📝 Format
Standard delivery format is
user:key:expiry.
🔄 Replacement Policy
Eligible replacement windows are based on purchase volume:
- 1–99 items: 7 days
- 100–199 items: 30 days
- 200+ items: 90 days
Replacements are provided for
valid errors to keep service fair
and sustainable.
⚠️ Conditions & Not Covered
Conditions
- Provide proof of purchase (Billgang invoice ID) or list of unused items.

Large orders: submit in a
.txtfile, one per line. - Free replacements capped at 20% of order; beyond this may be discounted.
- For Discord orders, ensure DMs are enabled.
Not Covered
- Misuse or incorrect access details.
- Expired items.
- Abuse, fraud, or reclaiming; may result in ban.
Abuse Prevention: We reserve the
right to ban for abuse, fraud, or reclaiming.

Buy only what you expect to use soon to avoid expiry and maintain replacement eligibility.
